How does the program run?
- Week 1. Send the first email, put up the poster, and tell people where they can ask for a private conversation.
- Week 2. Run the 30 minute session. Participants leave with one trusted contact and one way to verify a request written down. Nothing is collected.
- Weeks 3 and 4. Two more reminders, the contact cards, and a refresher for staff on the response workflow.
What it teaches
One habit: pause, verify through a route you choose yourself, and talk to someone you trust. Every example is fictional. Participants are never asked to log in, show an account, share a personal story, or hand over a device.
What it is not
It is educational material, not a certification, a compliance program, or an incident-response service. It does not determine your legal reporting duties, and it supports no claim about prevented losses. If your communications need compliance review, the text is supplied in editable form so your reviewer can mark it up.
